Columbia student protest group says an “autonomous group” has “reclaimed” Hamilton Hall and will stay until demands are met. What this means, is that the protest group includes outsiders who do not attend the university. Columbia University — the epicenter of pro-Palestinian protests in the United States — is advising “members of the University community” to stay away from its main Morningside Heights campus Tuesday as protesters barricade themselves inside Hamilton Hall.
